SCCT TRI TRAINING CAMP Itinerary

SESSION 01 – Run

8km welcome/shake out run. Once you have settled into the villa, we will head out for an afternoon trot towards the Noosa spit and surrounds.

TEAM DINNER

Dinner and a drink. Head out together for some fine food and wine down at the Noosa Surf Club.

Day 2

SESSION 02 – Bike

0600 h wheels rolling for a long ride of the coastline towards Maroochydore bridge and return. Depending on ability level complete 3- 4hrs. The route will then head back to Garmin Hill where you will conduct 2-3 efforts.

SESSION 03 – OWS

Our local swim expert will lead you in a masterclass session on OWS techniques. Employ these skill in a 2-3km set in the pristine Noosa Heads cove.

SESSION 04- Mobility/Recovery

Dave is going to conduct a session on Triathlete-Specific Mobility and Recovery.

0700 Sunday morning run – Special guest TBA Including a 2 hr scenic spectacular of the Noosa Coastline.
